Abstract

Topological indices are graph invariants used for quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) and quantitative structure-property relationship (Q SPR) in molecular chemistry. Esters are a class of organic compounds which are mostly fragrant and can be represented by the formula RCOOR. They are usually formed by the reaction between an acid and an alcohol with elimination of water. Triglyceride is an ester formed by three fatty acids to obtain a single glycerol molecule. Topological graph indices are some mathematical formulae defined and used to determine some structural properties of the molecules. Discrete Adriatic indices are the family of 148 bond-additive topological graph indices. In this article, we compute nine of these indices for the total graph, subdivision graph, additional vertex subdivision graph and additional edge subdivision graph of triglyceride.
