Objects of the Society

1. to promote the cause of various disciplines of Mathematics, specially  Rumanian’s Mathematics.
2. to publish journals, proceedings, memoires, translations free of cost  and other works as the society may decide.
3. to establish a library
4. to organise meetings, symposium and discussions on problems concerning Mathematics and its applications.
5. to promote researches in scientific development concerned with the problem of national welfare.
6. to perform all other acts, matters and things that may assist inconduce to, or be necessary for the fulfilment of the above mentioned aims and objects of the society.
7. to precure and manage the funds and endowments for the promotion of Mathematics and its applications in different fields of science.
8. Other academic/ Institutional works as the society may decide.
