About the Conference:

Ramanujan Society of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences is going to organise a National Conference on Exploring the Role of Mathematics in Computer Science, Machine Learning and Data Science,” during October 25 – 27, 2025.The Conference is to bring together eminent Mathematicians, research scholar and students from different parts of the Country. In these three days National Conference young mathematicians and research scholars will be benefitted by getting ideas of the recent development in Mathematics and its Application for the role of mathematics in Computer Science and Technology through invited talks/plenary lectures of the senior and eminent mathematicians. The programme covers broad spectrum of topics to the several applications of mathematics in different field of subjects. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Mathematical and Computational Analysis Conference.

Theme of the Conference

This Conference outlines a compelling conference focused on role of mathematics in the fields of Computer Science, Machine Learning, and Data Science. In this era increasingly dominated by data driven decision making and artificial intelligence, the foundational mathematical principles often recede into the background, yet they are the bedrock upon which all advanced computational paradigms are built. This conference aims to bring together mathematicians, computer scientists, data scientists, and machine learning scholars to delve into the theoretical underpinnings, practical applications, and future challenges at this critical interdisciplinary nexus.

In the relentless march of technological progress, the terms "Computer Science," "Machine Learning," and "Data Science" have become household names, driving innovation across every sector. From intelligent personal assistants and autonomous vehicles to personalized medicine and predictive analytics, these fields are transforming our world at an unprecedented pace.

This conference seeks to illuminate this profound relationship, making explicit the often-implicit mathematical foundations that underpin these rapidly evolving disciplines. Historically, computer science emerged directly from the realms of logic, algebra, and number theory, with the groundwork using rigorous mathematical constructs. This conference will serve as a vital forum for bridging the gap between theoretical mathematicians and applied researchers and engineers.

This conference proposes a multi-track structure to accommodate the diverse range of mathematical applications and challenges across Computer Science, Machine Learning, and Data Science. Each track will encourage submissions that present original research, theoretical advancements, novel applications, and critical reviews.

Foundations of Computation and Discrete Structures

Linear Algebra and Matrix Methods for Data Science

Calculus, Optimization, and Learning Dynamics

Probability, Statistics, and Uncertainty Quantification

Advanced Mathematical Concepts and Emerging Paradigms

Computational Methods and Software Engineering for Math-Driven AI

Target Audience

This conference is designed for a broad, interdisciplinary audience committed to advancing the theoretical and practical frontiers of Computer Science, Machine Learning, and Data Science through a rigorous mathematical lens. The target audience includes. Academics and Researchers, Professors, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, and related fields who are conducting research, Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists, Software Developers and Architects, Statisticians and Quantitative Analysts.

Aim of the Conference and Targeted Audience

The rapid advancements in Computer Science, Machine Learning, and Data Science have ushered in a new era of technological capability. However, beneath the surface of these transformative innovations lies an undeniable truth: their very existence and continued evolution are inextricably linked to the profound and enduring power of mathematics. By bringing together diverse perspectives from pure mathematics, applied mathematics, computer science, statistics, and domain-specific applications, we aim to bridge the often-perceived gap between abstract theory and practical implementation.

The conference will serve as a beacon, guiding researchers towards a deeper appreciation of the mathematical intuition that empowers innovation. It will highlight emerging mathematical frontiers, from topological data analysis to information geometry and the mathematical underpinnings of quantum computing, demonstrating that the future of AI is as much a mathematical challenge as it is a computational one.

This conference aims to bring together researcher, academicians, scholars and students to exchange & share their experiences, new ideas and researches about all aspects of Mathematics research in diverse fields. This conference is going to benefit directly to 150 academicians who will attend this conference and indirectly too many people though social media (Advertisement, News papers, Social Sites, proceedings etc.).
