NOTICE
Department of Mathematics T.D.P.G. College, Jaunpur and Ramanujan Society of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences are going to organize a Math workshop on "A Journey to Truth, Goodness , and Beauty in Mathematics : How to motivate the unmotivated" dated 11-01-2018, 11:00 AM in M.Sc. Lecture room.
Invited Speaker: Prof. Dip Bhattacharya, Professor of Mathematics, Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Clarion, PA 16214.

The purpose of this workshop is to bring together experts and young researchers and students to provide a platform for discussion of recent advances in the relevant topics Journey to truth, Goodness. We hope to have in-depth discussion on the front-line challenging problems on various topics. Apart from invited talks by leading experts in the field, we hope to organize informal interactive discussion sessions that will provide opportunities for young researchers and students to interact with the leading experts in the field. In these informal sessions, young researchers and students can freely interact with experts; identify potential problems for further research and the possible tools that can be employed in solving them. It is hoped that these in-depth discussions and lectures by the invited speakers will motivate the young researchers and students to enter into some of the highly fertile research areas.

Professor of Mathematics at Clarion University of Pennsylvania since 1990.
Published several articles in National and International Journals on Mathematics and Mathematics Education.
